Delete your account
In the NOOR app
Open Grown-ups, choose Settings, then choose Delete account and confirm. This submits the deletion request and signs the device out.
Request it outside the app
Email us from the address used for your NOOR account. Include only the account email. Do not include a child's personal information.

NOOR removes your sign-in identity, contact details, notification registrations, messages, and account-linked learning access. Records required for legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or consent obligations may be retained without direct contact identifiers for the period required by law.
